Please note the following rules governing submission of written comments and signing up to make oral comments at an RRC meeting:

2. Rule 26 NCAC 05 .0104 - Submission of Written Comments Concerning Temporary Rules; and
3. Rule 26 NCAC 05 .0105 Required Notice Prior to Oral RRC Presentation.

For the December 17 and 18, 2014 meeting, anyone asking to speak at the meeting must notify staff of his or her intent to speak by 5 p.m. Monday, December 15, 2014, anyone wishing to submit written comments must send the comments by 5 p.m. Tuesday, December 16, 2014.
