Rules Division Official Notice and Postings

The RRC has received a request  from the Mining Commission for an exemption from the current Periodic Review of Existing Rules, pursuant to N.C. Gen. Stat. § 150B‑21.3A(d)(1), for the Mining Commission’s rules found in 15A NCAC 05A, 05B, 05F, and 05G (“Mining Program Rules”).
 

In accordance with 26 NCAC 05 .0209(f), the Rules Review Commission will hold a public hearing during its meeting on Thursday, July 30, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. The meeting will take place in person at 1711 New Hope Church Road, Raleigh, NC 27609.
