- The filing fee will be waived upon proof of indigence.
- Payment can be made by cash, (only in person at OAH, 1711 New Hope Church Road, Raleigh, NC), money order, certified check or a check drawn from an attorney’s operating or trust account.
- Please make checks payable to: Office of Administrative Hearings
- Registered users of the OAH electronic filing system may pay online using MasterCard or VISA.
